Struggling With Constant Evening Stress


I keep having these strange stressful moments in the evenings, and I do not fully understand why it happens. During the day everything feels normal, but as soon as I finish my work, I suddenly feel pressure in my chest and a sort of emotional heaviness. It is not panic, but it is uncomfortable. I tried walking, watching videos, and distracting myself, but it does not always help. Maybe someone had something similar? I want to understand if this is normal or if I should look deeper into it. Any advice or experience would help.

I decided to try the Liven app. It wasn’t even interface that attracted me, but the approach — it doesn’t judge you, doesn’t demand that you change your life right away. It just helps you understand yourself. Very human. Read the liven reviews. You don’t need a lot of intelligence or experience — everything is clear and understandable. Now I’m using mood tracker, and I’m also taking a course on mindfulness. So far, it really keeps me in good shape.
