I've been running a small Telegram community related to gaming for a while, and the hardest part wasn't creating content—it was getting people to actually join. At one point I was posting daily updates, organizing discussions, and even sharing exclusive tips, but the member count barely moved. It was frustrating because the people who joined were active, yet growth felt painfully slow.
