I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to ignore your own state when you’re busy. For me it usually builds up slowly — first I stop noticing small things, then suddenly I feel tired or irritated without really knowing why. I tried a few ways to stay more aware, like writing quick notes or setting reminders, but it never lasted long. Recently I came across Liven while reading about self-discovery tools, and it looked like something a bit different from the usual habit trackers. It made me wonder if tools like that can actually become part of your daily life in a natural way, or if they’re just something you try for a short time and then forget.

I was just browsing and saw this topic, and it’s interesting how many people are trying to figure out ways to stay more aware without overcomplicating things. I don’t really use apps for this, but I’ve noticed that my mood often shifts depending on small habits I don’t pay attention to right away. Things like how long I stay focused without breaks or how much time I spend outside seem to have a bigger impact than I thought. I’ve been trying to notice those patterns more, not in a structured way, just as part of my day.
