Scott Tangney

Scott is a good high school kicker that shows great potential. A great athlete with a very strong leg. Shows he can hit a nice ball at times. Needs to improve his overall technique and consistency to move higher up the rankings. His kickoffs numbers also need to improve to compete at the college level. He has the tools make that jump. I look forward to seeing his development the next two years. One to watch his junior season.
