Scott is a tremendous kicking prospect. An elite athlete with one of the strongest legs in America. Field goals are outstanding at times off the ground. His best ball can compete with anyone in this class. He is also big on kickoffs, a strength. Hits a D1 ball right now. Once his consistency improves, he will be a top 10 national kicker.
