Samuel is a good high school kicker. A good athlete with a very strong leg. Shows he can hit a nice ball on field goals at times. Needs to continue to work on his technique and consistency in this area to challenge at the college level. Kickoffs are slightly above field goals. He shows he can drive the ball well. I like his upside. With hard work, he can compete at the college level. I hope to see him compete in Las Vegas this coming January. Nice prospect.
