Rafael Perez

Rafael is a very good kicker. He has a strong leg and makes kicks with nice consistency off the ground. Field goals are a current strength. Kickoffs are okay, but need to improve to challenge at the college level. A hard worker that will only continue to improve. Nice prospect.
