Player Review
Rosenberry did exceptional at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Body is getting stronger and bigger by the second while still maintaining decent footwork. His RSI was off the charts which shows he has a great balance of accuracy and speed. LOVE to see him focus on loosening up his left hand and not have so much of a routine with it. Adjusting his timing will help him with speed and accuracy. Very smooth Long Snapper that will move up with more athleticism. Need him to be a factor on punt coverage. HARD worker.
Accomplishments
TOP 12 CAMP invitee

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .74
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.47
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 57.58

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
