Player Review
Aaron Perez (10-26):
Owen continues to improve and become a better punter each time we see him. He is tall, super athletic and has a great swing. At the recent Northern California Punt Camp Owen performed very well. During training at the camp Owen hit his best balls 51 4.37 and 50 4.3. During charting Owen's best punts were 43 4.38 and 38 4.0. Owen, with a bit more consistency, will be one of the better JC punters in this class. He has all the tools.
Owen is a very talented Junior College punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a live leg. Owen has an ideal frame for a college punter. He punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. Owen averages 45+ yards, with 4.4+ hang time. He has all the tools to excel on the next level. Look for Owen to dominate the Rising Seniors / JC Invitational this summer. He is always a great pleasure to work with. Strong prospect.
