Noel Ruiz

Noel is a very good high school kicker. He has a strong leg and makes kicks with nice consistency. Field goals are a strength. He makes kicks with nice consistency off the ground. Kickoffs show potential, but need to improve to move higher up the rankings. A competitor that does well under pressure. Also a capable punter. Noel should make big strides this off season. A hard worker has the tools to impress college coaches. Nice prospect.
