Jose is an excellent kicking talent. A natural that has big time college potential. He is smooth and accurate on field goals off the ground. Kickoffs are strong and college ready. Also a capable punter. A competitor that does very well under pressure. I really like his upside. Jose has all the tools to challenge at any college level. He could be a big steal in this class. A fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Outstanding prospect.
