Joe Rice

Joe is a good kicker that shows nice future potential. Field goal are solid and a strength. Hits kickoffs for nice distance, but needs to improve hang time and overall consistency to jump even higher up the rankings. I look forward to seeing his development from camp 1 to camp 2. One to watch.
