Jeffrey is a talented kicker / punter prospect. A good athlete with a great leg. Shows he can hit a nice ball at times, but needs to work on his consistency in this area. Hits a college level ball on kickoff. Also a capable punter. With hard work, he will be an excellent player at the next level. Nice prospect.
