Gauge Cook

Gauge is a fantastic high school kicking and punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Gauge does an excellent job on field goal. He hits a pure, accurate ball off the ground and has 55 yard range. His kickoffs are strong. Gauge drives the ball into the endzone with 3.9+ hang time. He is also a very talented punter. Gauge punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. A competitor who thrives under pressure. I really like his upside. Look for Gauge to have a big junior season and beyond. Gauge is a super talented combo player who can hang with the top punters in his class on his day. Gauge has an extremely fast leg and can hit balls 50+ yards with 4.5+ seconds of hang time. At the recent Los Angeles Punt Camp Gauge was definitely a top performer. During training at the camp Gauge hit his best balls 47 4.3, 48 4.29, 51 4.31 and then hit a 52 4.3 rollout spiral. During charting his best ball was 43 4.33. Gauge has all the physical abilities to excel at either or both skills and I am super excited for his continued development.
