Devin is a good high school kicker that shows solid college potential. He has a big leg and shows that he has the ability to do all three skills. Field goals are strong at times, but consistency needs to improve. Kickoffs are a strength at times. Also a developing punter. A fine young man and a hard worker. With continued hard work, he will compete at the college level.
