Collin Hartley

Collin is a very good high school kicker and punter that shows nice future college potential in all area of his game. He is an athlete with a powerful leg that is just scratching the surface of what he is capable of. He shows he can hit a nice ball on field goal at times. He is ready to move to the ground. His kickoffs show potential, but must hit that next level to earn a 4.5 Star-Rating. Collin also shows punting potential. I look forward to seeing his development in this area. One to keep a close eye on his senior year. He should do very well at Vegas XXXIII in January. Nice combo prospect.
