CJ Jones

CJ is a fantastic high school punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. CJ has an ideal frame for a college level punter. He punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. He averages 40+ yards, with 4.5+ hang time. A competitor who does well under pressure. He has all the tools to be a special college level punter. Look for CJ to dominate his senior season. He is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Outstanding prospect. Aaron Perez (12-25):
CJ is an extremely talented young punter with tons of potential to be great. He has great size, good hands and a very consistent drop. During a recent virtual workout CJ performed very well. CJ is a three-step punter with consistent pacing. He really attacks downfield with his punts. During the workout CJ averaged 46.4 yards a punt with his twelve middle punts. His best balls were 53 4.28, 53 4.03, 47 4.03 and 44 4.11. Going directionally his best balls left were 54 3.65 and 49 3.86, while going right they were 52 4.11, 48 4.11 and 51 4.03. He also hit some good drop punts all landing inside the seven yard line. With a bit more work on getting up and through the ball CJ will be able to compete with anyone in this class.
