Cesar has the potential to be a very good kicker. An excellent athlete with a strong leg. A soccer player that is a bit raw, but he shows nice potential. Hits a good ball at times. With continued hard work on his technique and consistency, he will move way up the rankings. Look for Cesar to make big improvements from camp 1 to camp 2. He is a pleasure to work with. One to watch.
