Cesar Barron-Rodriguez

Cesar is a good high school kicker. He has a strong leg and shows he can make kicks. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will move up the rankings. He needs to add a little strength to challenge at the college level. A fine young man that is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him again.
