Player Review
Carter is a good high school kicking prospect. A good looking athlete that shows college level potential. He does a nice job on field goal. His kickoffs are slightly behind his field goals. This is where he needs to improve to challenge at the college level. A fine young man that should only continue to improve his game. He is a pleasure to work with. One to watch.
