Carter is a phenomenal high school kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Carter does an outstanding job on field goal, a strength. He hits a clean, accurate ball off the ground and has 55+ yard range. His kickoffs are strong. Carter's best ball measure 65+ yards with 3.9+ hang time. Also a more than capable punter. Carter is a competitor who thrives under pressure. I look forward to seeing what the future holds. Carter is a special talent.
