Carter is a fantastic high school kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete that kicks with excellent technique and consistency. He does an outstanding job on field goal. He gets the ball up well off the ground and easily has 55+ yard range. His kickoffs are strong, near the top of his class. He drives the ball into the end zone with great hang time. He is also a more than capable punter. A competitor that thrives under pressure. Look for Carter to dominate his senior season. He is a fine young man and one of the hardest workers out there.
