Carter is a very talented high school kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a live leg. Carter does a nice job on field goal. He hits a clean ball off the ground and has 50+ yard range. His "A" ball is excellent. His kickoffs are strong. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will shoot up the rankings. The tools are there to do so. I like his upside. Carter will compete against the best of the best at Vegas XXXV in January. I look forward to seeing what the future holds. He is a pleasure to work with. Strong prospect.
