Hey, I was chatting with someone from my running club, and he was complaining that his prepaid plan was running out of data way too fast each month. I told him he should check if he's actually on the right plan for his usage habits. He actually called the Total by Verizon phone number and they helped him switch to a better option with much more data for almost the same price. Now he's streaming music all day without a worry and even watching videos during lunch.
