I barely used cash at all. Revolut worked a treat everywhere, even in small shops. If you do need cash, avoid the airport like the plague (terrible rates) and just use a bank ATM in the city – RBC or TD are solid. One thing I wish I'd known earlier: always decline the conversion option they offer you at the machine, it's a total scam. Your own bank gives you a much better rate.
