Riggs is a solid junior college prospect. He has a strong leg and shows flashes of what he is capable of. A great athlete that has excellent potential. He has the tools to be a top junior college prospect this coming year. I expect Riggs to make big strides this off season. Look for him to have a big performance in Las Vegas this coming May. He is always a pleasure to work with. Nice prospect.
