Player Review
Palmer is a good kicker that shows excellent potential. A big, tall, strong athlete. Field goals are good and show potential off the ground. Kickoffs will continue to improve. Also shows great promise as a punter (may end up being his strength). Has all the tools to compete at the college level. Excellent all around prospect.
