Player Review
Carter is a very good high school kicking prospect. He is a good looking athlete with a strong leg. Carter shows that he can hit a nice ball at times on field and kickoff. A bit raw, but there is nice potential here. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will move up the rankings. The tools are there to do so. I look forward to seeing his development from camp 1 to camp 2. Carter should enjoy a successful junior season. I look forward to seeing him compete with the best at Vegas XXXIX in January. One to watch. Nice prospect.
