O'Neil Walters

O'Neil is a solid high school kicker. A good athlete that has a strong leg. He shows he can hit a nice ball at times. Field goals are slightly ahead of his kickoffs, but his kickoffs show potential to improve. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will make a big jump in the rankings. The tools are there. I look forward to seeing his development from camp 1 to camp 2. O'Neil is a pleasure to work with. One to watch.
