Can anyone recommend a good website or store or service for paint scratch repair? I need real experience since my car has some deep scratches and I want a proper job done.

From experience, I’d avoid the cheap mobile touch-up guys if the scratches are deep. A proper body shop that does color matching and blending is worth the extra money. I had good results by checking local shops with before/after photos and verified reviews instead of just going by price.
