Terrific improvement on Derek in a short amount of time. He is a mature Long Snapper with solid speed, accuracy and consistency. Slight hiccup at the beginning of his snap that can be fixed rather quickly. Moves well on his feet. Has the ability to get to college right now instead of waiting until the end of the year. Good attitude.
Really liked Derek's attitude and pop when he is snapping. Hips are a tad tight and he needs to make sure he gets ready and just goes. I don't want to see a butt hitch. Getting his toes straight and lowering his butt will help a ton. Listens well and is very athletic. Great attitude. 6/12
