Rubio Long Snapping History

Student Since: 2012

Latest Evaluation: 7/12

Drake had a solid camp out in Texas. Built like a brick house and he needs to use that strenght but not let it take over his snapping. Basically, I want him to use his power to snap as hard as he can with his good form but I don't want him to be too strong with the grip of the ball. Kid has potential and a great attitude. Fully expecting great things out of him in the fall and in Vegas

Really impressed with Drake's first Vegas camp. Very thick Long Snapper that is pretty light on his feet. Has solid pop and his form is good. Needs to make sure he gets down all the way in order to use his large lower half. Also want to make sure he gets set each and every snap. Tends to rush the process. Very strong. Keep his balance back is another thing. Big jump in the rankings for Drake. Great attitude. 5/12

Drake did well for his first Rubio Long Snapping camp. He is a very strong and thick bodied Long Snapper that listens very well. Tends to be bit rigid when he snaps the ball. Want to see him loosen up a tad and let the ball fly. When he is able to really use his strength, he will dominate. Very accurate and consistent when he snaps. Easy ball to catch. Want to see some more oomph when he snaps. Quick hands that pop. Very good person. 3/12
