Player Review

Rubio Long Snapping History

Student Since: 2011

Latest Evaluation: 9/12

Definitely liked what I saw from Perry out in IL and he moves up several spots because of it. Always had a great frame and now he is using it. Excellent pop and really gets through well. Needs to bring the ball in a bit more to be a little quicker with his upper half. This will increase the speed and control his accuracy a bit more. Easily can snap at the next level once everything is slightly fine tuned. Great attitude.

Continue to be impressed with Perry. Very, very smooth and accurate. Form is solid (would like to see the little hunch in his back vanish) and he is long. Can be a tad rigid with his arms and I want him to snap the ball harder (trust your form Perry). Saying that, he is a great Long Snapper that handles pressure as well as anyone in his class. It is almost relaxing to watch him snap he is so smooth. Excellent person. Moves well. 4/12

Really impressed with Perry. He was one of a few Long Snappers that was VERY close to making the TOP 12 for January. Continues to be extremely smooth and consistent with his snaps. With his length, I want to see him now snap the ball with force and trust his form. He is beyond solid with accuracy and now I want to see him show me some rage when snaps the ball. It is literally the only thing missing. Moves well, long frame, smooth...now I want to see him whip the ball back there. With is frame and form, sub .70 will be easy once he trust his form. TONS of potential on this one.  Keep a very close eye on him.

This kid is flat out smooth and on target when he snaps. The ball just basically arrives at your hards. Almost looks effortless. Very quiet and poised when he snaps. Love his frame. Want to see a bit more pop and confidence when he snaps the ball. He is good and he needs to learn that and let the ball rip. Flexibility and athleticism will be huge for him. Watch him. Vegas will be big for him if he performs the way I expect him to.

Perry is improving like a champ. He is VERY smooth when he snaps the ball. Love to watch him since he is so fluid. Handles pressure very, very well. Excellent long frame. Looking forward to seeing him getting his whole body into the snap (legs). Only thing missing now is some speed on the ball which will come with more body in his snap.
