Sunday Competition Format:
FG Testing: Seniors (Class of 2010) and JC kickers must kick off the ground - no tees of any kind will be allowed.  All others will have the option of either using a tee or not.  My advice is to do whatever makes you look best.  If you can kick off the ground at a high level - that can be an advantage, if not, kicking off a tee will not hurt you.
Each Kicker will be given 8 FG attempts with snap and hold.  2 each from 35, 40, 45, and 50 yards.  The kicks will be taken from the uprights (not the extreme hash and not the dead center).  The uprights are college width.  There will also be a set of arena sized uprights set up within the college uprights at about 8-9 feet apart.  You will be awarded 2 points for all kicks that make it inside the arena uprights, and 1 point for all other makes.  So the maximum score is 16.  All kickers will use the same footballs provided by Chris Sailer Kicking and kick in the same direction.
Kick-Off Testing: Seniors (Class of 2010) and JC kickers must use a 1" KickOff Tee - all others are allowed to use any legal kickoff tee of maximum 2 inches.
Each Kicker will be given 6 KickOffs.  Each KickOff will be charted for hang time and distance.  All kickers will use the same balls provided by Chris Sailer Kicking and kick in the same direction.  The Combination of Hang Time and Distance, both weighted equally, will determine competetion winners.
Punting Testing: Each Punter will be given 8 Punts (Taken from a snap).  Each punt will be charted for hang time and distance.  All punters will use the same footballs and punt in the same direction.  The Combination of Hang Time and distance, both weighted equally, will determine competititon winners.
**  All participants will have the option of competing in 1, 2, or all 3 of the above competitions.
Finals Round:
Field Goal: The staff will invite back the top 20 scoring kickers from the morning testing to participate in the finals round. In case of a tie, there will be tie breaker to see who earns the final spots.  This will take place at 4:50. The finals round will be the same format as the earlier testing.  From the finals round the Event Champion will be crowned.
KickOff:  There is no finals round for KickOffs.  The morning round of testing will determine the Event Champion.
Punting:  8 Finalists will be chosen based on our staff's evaluation.  The staff will make this call.  You will be evaluated on 1. Overall Ability, 2. Potential, and 3. Performance.  The finals round will feature head to head matchups using seeding format.  (Tournament Brackets).  Best hang time and best distance after every punt is awarded one point.  First to 10 Wins!
1. The intial round and finals round results will be posted approximately 2-3 weeks after the Event.
2. The TOP RECRUITS site will be completed approximately 2-3 weeks after the Event.
3. The "TOP 12" will be announced approximately 1 week after the Event.  Those named to this list will be invited to attend the exclusive "TOP 12" summer camp.
